If nothing else it goes to show that volunteering can improve your work opportunities. Originally I was booked to be a casino player, so may have got some continuity work from that in any case.
However, someone in wardrobe asked if there was anyone there with a 36inch waist so, not knowing what I might be letting myself in for, I put up my hand and was asked to try on a guard's costume.
It fitted perfectly so, as a result of taking a chance,I got 5 days continuity work as a casino guard with a few featured moments as can be seen in the movie.
Also the crew was really friendly with Oliver Curtis, the D.O.P. and Richard Kwietniowski, the director, both coming from the U.K. as did John Hurt.
At the end of the shoot John Hurt gave me an autographed picture of himself which is displayed in my home theatre. Thankyou John!

Here I am acting as a Photo-double for William Hurt in "The Incredible Hulk". Tim Roth plays the role of Blonsky. This was a relaxing moment after another 12 hour day on set and before they removed my hair and makeup to restore me to my normal self. A great crew on this set!
